Our FFA chapter will plan and host a community farmers market featuring at least 10 local vendors, including FFA students and with participation from 40 FFA members the event will attract at least 300 attendees promote local agriculture and generate $1500 in proceeds or economic activity, while strengthening partnerships with community businesses and producers.

Our communities vendors were, Safehaven sourdough, Love and Kittle tallow soap, Orchard farms produce, Green& Co, Oldenburg Farms, Nats baked goods.

Our student vendors were, Lanie Sasser, Emmit Garret, Aiden Hardin, Kelsey Wainscott, Leona Warner, Mia Skinner, Kallyann Toepfer.

Students Branson Pickens, Brooklyn Mcbride, Kaden Berry, Colton Stevens, Harly Bolay, Emma Prewitt, Abigayle Lanoy, Riley Piersol. Helped set up, tear down, and run the event.

1. Get community and student vendors.

2. Get permission to use the fairgrounds to host the event.

3. Create advertisement including date and time for the event.

4. Create a Google form to track products sold, revenue, and how many community members attended the event.

5. Create committees to help set up and tear down the event.

6. Get information and feedback after the event.
